If I am urinating in public(against tree/wall) while holding a bottle/glass of beer in England?
I am guilty of indecent exposure and possession of an offesive weapon?
Does this mean the bouncers on TV(Bouncers program) who peed in the street, not even against a wall or tree are allowed to indecently expose themselves?
Does this mean that everybody who drinks outside pubs(cos of the smoking laws) are all in possession of dangerous weapons?
I have been in Japan, it is accepted over there as long as its not in someones face!
